What are motivation snatchers? They are those annoying little voices that choose such moments to pipe up. You know the sort of thing: "Why am I doing this?" "You're never going to make it, you really might as well stop now." "I'm sure I've already lost a whole minute on my last time." "I wonder what X is doing." "This is a waste of time." "Why don't I just switch to a sprint event?" "I'm so bo-o-o-o-o-o-red." And so on.
