WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is one of our favourite services to offer as the impact of seeing a client have that ‘Aha!’ moment when then realise what it is that’s been holding them back all this time never grows old. Even better is watching them get rid of the issue once and for all. Not months of ‘therapy’, the change happens within the breakthrough session. We see clients walk out taller and more confident. Finally able to make sense of what has been stopping them and knowing that has now gone. Ready to make that step change in life that they’ve been after.

So how do you know if this is for you?

Have you ever see a pattern in your life where things get in your way or the same issues crop up time after time? You know deep down that these are patterns you are somehow creating in your life.

Where these patterns are leading to you not getting what you want in life, it’s time to change. But how do you change these patterns? How can you even know what’s the root cause of them? In most cases it comes does to a hidden belief about yourself. So hidden that you’re not even consciously aware of it.

Our personal breakthrough sessions are for anyone who wants to get back in control of their lives and see more of what they want, and less of what they don’t want.

I sometimes find that with Executive Coaching clients or Athletes that we meet a road block along the way and at this point a breakthrough session is the best way forwards.

Forward thinking leaders also offer this as a solution for members in their teams when they can see great potential that the individual can’t. Imagine suddenly unleashing that potential?


WHAT’S INVOLVED?

A personal breakthrough session can be completed in person or online. This is what to expect…..

EXPLORATORY CALL

I’ll schedule a short exploratory call to chat through what it is that you want to achieve and I’ll explain the process that we’ll use. Once we agree that this is an appropriate service for you, I’ll send you a questionnaire.

Questionnaire

I’ll ask you to complete a detailed personal history. Allow a chunk of time to do this. The more information shared, the better the session. Once I’ve reviewed it there may be some tasks to also be completed.

BREAKTHROUGH SESSION

If we meet in person we’ll work together over a full day. We’ll start by delving into what brings you to this session and setting goals for what you want to achieve. I’ll ask you questions for about half a day. We’ll spend the remainder of the day working through what needs to be done to get the results that you want using a blend of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis.

If we meet online, we’ll split this into two or three half day sessions.

coaching

As part of the package you are entitled to three one hour coaching sessions over the following three months. By doing this we can ensure that you remain on track until this new year is firmly embedded


TELL ME MORE ABOUT NLP

NLP empowers, enables and teaches us to better understand the way our brain (neuro) processes the words we use (linguistic) and how that can impact on our past, present and future (programming). It gives us strategies for observing human behaviour and learning from the best (and worst) of that!

Simply put, change is possible - all you need is a desire to change and a willingness to learn new ways of being…with yourself, your thoughts and with others.

NLP has been defined as the “users manual for your mind” because NLP gives us insights into how our thinking patterns can affect every aspect of our lives.

What is time line therapy?

Time Line Therapy involves treatment at an unconscious level and allows a client to process negative emotions linked to past experiences and transform their internal programming. They can learn what needs to be learned from the situation that continues to cause an emotional issue and leave the emotion behind. The internal programming is often the mechanism that is responsible for our outward expressions of beliefs and emotions.

Goal of Time Line Therapy

The goal of Time Line Therapy is to subtly and unconsciously change the client’s behaviour patterns so that they can react to present experiences based on present conditions and not react to situations that present themselves today based on emotions linked to previous life events. Time Line Therapy provides lasting results that can be achieved quickly and easily.

Time Line Therapy can also be used to create compelling future goals.

Hypnosis conjures up all sorts of images for people depending on their own personal experience with this phenomena.

Don’t expect to feel hypnotised

A light trance will likely feel no different from relaxation.  Since trance is a normal, natural state, you may have a feeling of familiarity, no matter how deep in trance you go.  Don’t expect to feel hypnotised.  Trance is not about feeling “zonked out”, it’s a normal, natural state.

Do expect to feel relaxed

Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation.

You ARE in control

During trance induction, you need to know that you are in charge.  For example, if I told you to stand up and it was OK, you would, right?  But if I told you to rob a bank you wouldn’t do that.  Well, it’s the same in hypnosis.  You are in charge.  You only accept the suggestions that are given that are consistent with your own internal values and beliefs.
