#1 Jon Southey
Channel soloist from 2018 with a previous relay under his belt and in training for a 2020 solo
#2 Paul Cross
the Wookie rookie (no longer a rookie). Paul was due to be doing a solo this year but the impact on training means he has now transferred that to 2021, how fitting to do a relay instead.
#3 Robert Copsey
Brand new to the Dover Channel Training ® group and his first channel relay. I don’t think it’ll be his last1
#4 Paul James
This was Paul’s second English Channel Relay. He also has a Jersey to France solo to his name.
#5 Emma France (me!)
This was my 14th English Channel relay crossing. I have a few other swims to my name also.
#6 Mandi Bodemeaid
This was Mandi’s 3rd relay. What was particularly impressive with Mandi is that she was very poorly last year with sepsis which led to a frozen shoulder. She’s only been back swimming normally for a few weeks, so a massive achievement and a mark of ‘I’m back!’
