Qualifications

My LinkedIn profile is a good place to find out more about my corporate qualifications and experience.

By profession I am an accountant (Chartered Management Accountant) and I hold an MBA from Henley Management College.

Along the way I have collected other qualifications such as Chartered Manager, Chartered Public Finance Accountant, Managing Successful Programmes, IoD certificate, Decision Making certification from London Business School. The list goes on

From a coaching perspective, I am a master practitioner of NLP, an NLP Coach, a practitioner of Time Line Therapy and a Trainer of Hypnosis.

Experience

Throughout my career there has been a common thread - I have never gone into a role that was the same as any person before me. As a result I had to learn to think for myself and find the best path forwards. What a gift that was.

I have worked through regular finance roles such as finance manager, financial controller etc. From there my roles have focused more on trouble shooting, big transformation & systems implementation projects and driving finance process excellence.

I have managed small teams and large teams.

Along the way I have coached others to success.

A bit like helping individuals understand the root causes of their personal challenges. I can help individuals with their career aspirations and I can help companies transform their business.
